JBS Announces Offensive Lineman of the Year Watch List |

The first annual JBS Small School Offensive Lineman of the Year Award Watch List, given annually to the top offensive lineman in the small school ranks, has been announced.
The list includes 32 candidates from all positions along the line and from every division.
The award is named after Jackie Slater who was named All-Pro seven times and selected to seven Pro Bowls. Slater was a third round draft pick in 1976 out of Jackson State.
This year’s list is highlighted by ACU OT Tony Washington, UMASS OT Vladimir Ducasse, and Harvard OT James Williams. All three players were named first team all-conference in their respective leagues last season while Williams is a two-time All-American and all three earned at least honorable All-America plaudits last season.
