STRENGTHS: Highly productive. Versatile. Can return kicks and play corner. Good speed. Aggressive and physical. Good instincts. Good acceleration. Adequate man to man skills.
WEAKNESSES: Marginal size. Lacks bulk for the NFL. A little tight in the hips. Gets beat by bigger, stronger receivers showing he could be nothing more than a practice type player or nickel corner to guard smaller slot receivers.
ANALYSIS: Rogers has been one of the most productive players over the last three years in the FCS and while he has the numbers and speed to suggest he could be a starter he lacks the size and cover skills to be an every down corner. Likely a nickel back who plays on special teams but lacks the skills at this point to be more than a 1-2 year borderline NFL player.
JBS PROJECTION: Low Priority Free Agent.
NFL PROJECTION: Borderline Draftable.
