CAREER SNAPSHOT: Won Long Jump Indoor NC, 25 ft 6 inch in '10. 2nd team All-Mid East w/38-664-17.5-4 rec, 13-132-10.2-0 rush, 5-158-31.6-0 KR, 4-39-9.8-1 PR in 9 gms, missed 2 w/separated right shoulder in '09. Transferred to Walsh in Spring '09. Enrolled in Kent State CC Branch in Fall '08. Transferred from Illinois.
STRENGTHS: Has great speed and good size. Plays a lot of special teams. Good with the ball in his hands. Physical player. Very athletic. Has big play capability.
WEAKNESSES: Has off field issues from his days at Illinois where he was with the wrong crowd. Has had some injuries. Needs to improve route running, release, and blocking. Needs to bulk up. Took a year off so he is an older prospect than some in this class.
ANALYSIS: Morgan’s size, speed, and explosiveness make him an intriguing prospect despite the lack of big production. His versatility along with his speed could allow him to latch on a roster while he hones his skills as a wide receiver.
