Update on Austin Steichen Written by Admin    Friday, 07 August 2009 02:26 Northern Iowa center Austin Steichen was charged with unwillful injury, public intoxication, and simple assault earlier this summer but as our sources earlier indicated to us, the felony of unwillful injury has been dropped.  By having the felony dropped Steichen will be able to play this year.  The charges of public intoxication and simple assault could be dropped at a later date.
