According to DNJ.com, Tennessee State WR JaJuan Spillman has been named academically ineligible for the 2009 season.  He caught 43 passes for 570 yards and five touchdowns last season.

They also announced the additions of Oklahoma State's Jeremy Broadway and Illinois' Marques Wilkins and Calvin Roberts.
