Rebholz Joins Brother on Redbird Football Roster
NORMAL, Ill. – Another local football player will be returning to the Twin Cities to play for Illinois State, as head coach Brock Spack announced the addition of transfer Adam Rebholz to the Redbird roster Monday.
Rebholz, the younger brother of Redbird long snapper Nathan Rebholz, will have four years of eligibility remaining for ISU after sitting out the 2009 as a redshirt at Illinois. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Bloomington, Ill., native was a walk-on at Illinois as a quarterback, but will likely make the switch to defense for the Redbirds in 2010.
